PSA Poster, Created in Fall 2021

For this assignment, we were instructed to create a poster using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator that communicated a public service announcement. I chose to create a call to action against drunk drivers. According to the NHTSA, "one alcohol-related death occurs every 52 minutes" as well as "drinking and driving kills 28 people a day in the U.S". These statistics are tragic and preventable, yet this is still a serious issue. This poster attempts to create the perspective of a drunk driver at night. It features the driver with blurry and disoriented vision. I chose to do this to portray to the audience how dangerous drunk driving truly is. This poster was trimmed and printed using Epson presentation paper.
